Debbie Smith has a fascinating life story.

On the streets of Soho I often see people with problems  - some obvious, some not so obvious. People with lives damaged by drink and drugs, people who have been used and abused, people who are afraid or ashamed, people who feel their lives have been wasted. I know a bit about all of this from personal experience and my heart goes out to them:

‘There but for the grace of God go I’.
