Stars still appear among our Christmas decorations. But they compete for attention with robins and holly and snowmen which don’t get a mention in the original Christmas story.
Remembering the birth of Jesus has drifted to the edge of Christmas celebrations. But for us at Hope it is by far the most important reason for joy, just as it was for the wise men who followed the star. The baby born at Bethlehem turned out to be the one person who can bring us peace with God and hope for life beyond death. Is that something you are looking for?
